Moving to Greener Pastures

The Challenge:

In 2014 the current landlord informed us of his intent to exponentially raise the rent to the point that we had to look for alternatives.

Relocate the Green Pastures child development center from its current rented facility to a site owned by Shepherd’s Little Lambs by late fall 2016.

Phased Approach:

The project is separated into 3 phases. Phase I is designed to get us operational on the new site basically recreating what we have today; two classrooms, a kitchen, a lager gathering space and storage. Phase II will add additional classrooms and storage on a foundation that allows us to add a second story. Phase III would be that second story again adding classrooms or living quarters for staff/security. Each phase beyond phase I will be driven by the need for more space.
